The MAX767SEAP is a high-efficiency,synchronous buck controller IC dedicated to converting a fixed 5V supply into a tightly regulated 3.3V output.It is a monolithic BICMOS IC available in 20-pin SSOP package.
Features of the MAX767SEAP are:(1)>90% efficiency;(2)700uA quiescent supply current;(3)120uA standby supply current;(4)4.5V to 5.5V input range;(5)low-cost application circuit;(6)all N-Channel switches;(7)small external components;(8)tiny shrink-small-outline package.
