MAX891LEUA

The MAX891LEUA is one member of the MAX891L family which is designed as the 2A, current-limited, high-side P-channel switch. MAX891LEUA can be used in (1)universal serial bus (USB); (2)notebook computers; (3)personal communicators; (4)palmtop computers; (5)hand-held instruments; (6)portable medical instruments. And this switch is not bidirectional; therefore, the input voltage must be higher than the output voltage.
