The MC100ELT20D is a type of TTL to PECL translator, which is ideal for those applications where space, performance and low power are at a premium.
The features of the MC100ELT20D are as below: (1)1.5ns Typical propagation dalay; (2)Differential PECL outputs; (3)Small outline SOIC package; (4)PNP TTL inputs for minimal loading; (5)Flow through pinouts.
The Absolute Maximum Ratings of the MC100ELT20D are as below: (1)DC supply voltage( Referenced to GND, VCC=-5.2V): +7.0V; (2)Input voltage: 0 to VCC V; (3)Current applied to output in low output state: continuous, 50mA; Surge, 100mA; (5)Operating temperature range: -40 to +85; (6)Storage temperature range: -55 to +150.
