MC1309P

The MC1309P is a monolithic device using I2L and ION implant technology for use in solid-state stereo receives.

Features of the MC1309P are:(1)requires no inductors;(2)low external count;(3)external channel seperation without adjustment;(4)only single potentiometer oscilator frequency adjustment necessary;(5)50mA lamp or LED driving cap ability with current limiting;(6)autonatic,transient free stereo/mono switching;(7)Wide dynamic ranges from 0.25V to 1.7V;(8)wide supply ranges from 4.5Vdc to 16Vdc.

The absolute maximum ratings and electrical characteristics of the  MC1309P can be summarized as:(1):power suppl y voltage is 16Volts;(2):lamp current is 50mA;(3):junction temperature us 150;(4):operating temperature ranges from-20 to 75; (5):storage temperature ranges from-65 to 150.Electrical characteristics:(1):maximum stan dard composite input signal is 1.7 Vp-p min and 2.2Vp-p max when VCC is 9.0V,maximum standard composite input signal is 0.85 Vp-p min and 0.9Vp-p max when VCC is 6.0V;(2):maximum monaural input signal is 1.7 Vp-p min and 2.2Vp-p max when VCC is 9.0V,maximum monaural input signal is 0.85 Vp-p min and 2.1Vp-p max when VCC is 6.0V;(3):channel speration is 38dB when f is 100Hz;(4):channel balance is 0dB typ and 1.0dB max;(5):input impedance is 0.6V/V min and 0.8V/V typ;(6):SCA rejection is 71dB typ.etc.
