General Description
MC14174BF General Description
The MC14174BF is one member of the MC14174 family which is designed as the hex type D flipflop that contains protection circuitry to guard against damage due to high static voltages or electric fields. This device is constructed with MOS Pchannel and Nchannel enhancement mode devices in a single monolithic structure.
Features of the MC14174BF are:(1)static operation; (2)all inputs and outputs buffered; (3)diode protection on all inputs; (4)supply voltage range = 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc; (5)capable of driving two low-ower TTL loads or one low ower; (6)schottky TTL load over the rated temperature range; (7)functional equivalent to TTL 74174.
