MPR series

      The MPR series are about +105 metallized polypropylene epoxy dipped radial lead capacitor.
      MPR series have six features. They are respectively bypass, audio, filtering, timing, coupling, blocking.
      The following is about the general specification of MPR series.Operating temperature range of MPR series is -55 to 105. The capacitance tolerance is ±10% at 1kHz and 25.  WVDC range are 250V, 400V, 630V.VAC range are 200V, 220V and 250V.Dissipation factor is 0.1% at 1kHz and 25.Insulation resistance should be is 100,000 M when Capacitance is less than or equal to 0.33uF.Insulation resistance should be 30,000 Mx F when capacitance is more than 0.33uF.Load life should be 2000 hours at +85 with 125% rated DC voltage when capacitance change3% maximum,dissipation factor change125% maximum specification and insulation resistance50% of minimum initial limits.Humidity test showed that aging of MPR series is 250 hours with 95% RH at25°C and no applied voltage when capacitance change <5% of initial readings at 1kHz,dissipation factor change< 200% of initial at 1kHz and insulation resistance 3000MxF(need not exceed 5000M).Self-inductance is less than or equal to 1nH/mm along the capacitor pitch.Dielectric strength is 150% of rated WVDC for 5 seconds at 25.Capacitance drift factor is less than or equal to 0.5% up to 40 after 2 years.Capacitance temperature coefficient is -200 ppm/ and ±100ppm/.Type is extended metallized film.Dielectric is made of polypropylene film.Electrodes are vacuum deposited aluminum layers.Leads is Tinned copper wire.Coating is made of Flame retardant epoxy sealed resin(UL94V-O).
