PAH4008

The PAH4008 is designed as one kind of thyristors with average current of 400A and voltage of 800V.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its repetitive peak off-state voltage woud be 800V. (2)Its non-repetitive peak off-state voltage would be 900V. (3)Its repetitive peak reverse voltage would be 800V. (4)Its non repetitive peak reverse voltage would be 900V. (5)Its average rectified output current would be 400A. (6)Its RMS on-state current would be 630A. (7)Its surge on-state current woud be 7500A. (8)Its I2t would be 281000A2s. (9)Its critical rate of rise of turned-on current would be 100A/us. (10)Its average gate power would be 1W. (11)Its peak gate power would be 5W. (12)Its peak gate current would be 2A. (13)Its peak gate voltage would be 10V. (14)Its peak gate reverse voltage would be 5V. (15)Its operating temperature range would be from -40°C to +125°C. (16)Its isolation voltage would be 2000V. (17)Its storage temperature range would be from -40°C to 125°C. (18)Its mounting torque would be 2.5 to 3.5Nm for mounting and 9.0 to 10.0Nm for terminal. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
