PALC22V10D-10PC

The PALC22V10D-10PC is designed as a CMOS flash-erasable second-generation programmabe array logic device. It is implemented with the familiar sum-of-products (AND-OR) logic structure and the programmable macrocell.

It has seven features. (1)Low power which would be 90mA max commercial. (2)CMOS flash EPROM technology for electrical erasability and reprogrammability. (3)Variable product terms 2x(8 through 16) product terms. (4)User-programmable macrocell which means output polaroty control, individually selectable for registered or combinatorial operation. (5)Up to 22 input terms and 10 outputs. (6)High reliability which means proven flash EPROM technology and 100% programming and functional testing. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (2)Its ambient temperature with power applied would be from -55°C to 125°C. (3)Its supply voltage to ground potential (pin 24 to pin 12) would be from -0.5V to 7.0V. (4)Its DC voltage applied to outputs in high-Z state would be from -0.5V to 7.0V. (5)Its DC input voltage would be from -0.5V to +7.0V. (6)Its output current into outputs low would be 16mA. (7)Its DC programming voltage would be 12.5V. (8)Its latch-up current would be >200mA. (9)Its static discharge voltage would be >2001V. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its output high voltage would be min 2.4V. (2)Its output low voltage would be max 0.5V. (3)Its input high level would be min 2.0V. (4)Its input low level would be min -0.5V and max 0.8V. (5)Its input leakage current would be min -10uA and max 10uA. (6)Its output leakage current would be min -40uA and max 40uA. And so on.
