PBL3765

The PBL3765 subscriber line interface circuit(SLIC) is a bipolar intergrated circuit in 75 V technology which replaces the conventional transformer based analog line interface circuit in PABX and other telecommunications equipment with a modern,compac solid state design. Not only is required PCB area reduced, but lesser component wieght and height result as well. The PBL 3765 has been optimized  for low cost and to require only a minimum of external components.It has many unique features: The first one is ring relay driver. The second one is tip-ring open circuit state.The third one is programmable loop current detector threshold. The forth one is on-hook transmission. The fifth one is low 21 mW on-hook power dissipation,etc.

There are some maximum ratings about it.Storage temperature range(Tstg) is -60 to +150.Operating temperature range(Tcase) is -40 to +110.Operating temperature range(Tj) is -40 to +140. Storage humidity(RH) is 5% RH min and 95% RH typ. Power supply(Tamb is between -40 to 85): Vcc with respect to AGND (Vcc) is 0.5 V min and 7 V typ. Vee with respect to AGND(Vee) is -0.5 V min and 7 V typ. Power dissipation:Continous power dissipation(Tamb is 70)(PD) is 1.5 W max. Peak power dissipation(Tamb is 70, f is shorter than 100 ms and trep is larger than 1 sec)(PDP) is 4 W max. Ground: Voltage between AGND and SGND(VG) is -0.3 V min and 0.3 V typ. Relay trip comparator: Input voltage is 0 V typ. Input current is -5 mA min and 5 mA typ.
