PZUxB

      PZUxB series are single Zener diodes in a SOD323F package .General-purpose Zener diodes in a SOD323F (SC-90) very small and flat lead Surface Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package.
      There are four Features of PZUxB series .The first is that Total power dissipation of PZUxB series is 310 mW.The second is that B of Tolerance series is approximately ±5 %, B1, B2, B3 of sequential, approximately ±2 %.The third is that  Small plastic package is suitable for surface mounted design.The forth is that  Wide working voltage range is nominal from 2.4 V to 36 V.The Applications of PZUxB series is General regulation functions.
