      PZUxB series are single Zener diodes in a SOD323(SC-76) package.General-purpose Zener diodes in a SOD323F (SC-76) very small and flat lead Surface Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package.
      There are four Features of PZUxB series .The first is that Non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation is  PZSM   40 W.The second is that Total power dissipation is  Ptot 320 mW.The third is that Tolerance series of B of PZUxB series approximately ±5 %,and B1, B2, B3 of it approximately ±2 %.The forth is that  Low reverse current IR range.The Applications of PZUxB series is Small plastic package suitable for surface mounted design.The sixth is that Wide working voltage rangeis from nominal 2.4 V to 36 V (E24 range).The seventhth is that AEC-Q101 is  qualified.

      The maximum of thermal resistance from junction to ambient(in free air) is 390 K/W.The maximum of Rth(j-sp) thermal resistance from junction to solder point is 55 K/W.
The forward voltage (IF = 10mA) is 0.9 V.when IF = 100 mA ,The forward voltage is 1.1 V.
