PZUxBA

      PZUxBA series are single Zener diodes in a SOD323(SC-76) package.General-purpose Zener diodes in a SOD323F (SC-76) very small and flat lead Surface Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package.
      There are four Features of PZUxBA series .The first is that Non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation is  PZSM   40 W.The second is that Total power dissipation is  Ptot 320 mW.The third is that Tolerance series of B of PZUxB series approximately ±5 %,and B1, B2, B3 of it approximately ±2 %.The forth is that  Low reverse current IR range.The Applications of PZUxB series is Small plastic package suitable for surface mounted design.The sixth is that Wide working voltage rangeis from nominal 2.4 V to 36 V (E24 range).The seventhth is that AEC-Q101 is  qualified.
       The following is about Quick reference data of PZUxBA series.Pulse test is 300 ms.Device mounted on an FR4 Printed-Circuit Board (PCB), single-sided copper, tin-plated and standard footprint.Device mounted on an FR4 PCB, single-sided copper, tin-plated, mounting pad for cathode 1 cm2.The maximum of forward voltage is 1.1V and the symbol of it is V when the Conditions is that IF is 40 mA ,The maximum of total power dissipation is 320mW and the symbol of it is Ptot when the Conditions is that Tamb 25 °C.
      The maximum of thermal resistance from junction to ambient(in free air) is 390 K/W.The maximum of Rth(j-sp) thermal resistance from junction to solder point is 55 K/W.
The forward voltage (IF = 10mA) is 0.9 V.when IF = 100 mA ,The forward voltage is 1.1 V.
The maximum of  forward current is 200 mA.The maximum of non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation is 40 W.The maximum of Ptot total power dissipation is 320 mW.The maximum of junction temperature is 150 °C.The maximum of Tamb ambient temperature -55°C,and the minimum of it is 150 °C.The maximum of storage temperature is -65°C,and the minimum of it is 150 °C.
