REG104FA-A

The REG104FA-A is a family of low-noise, low-dropout linear regulators with low ground pin current. The features of REG104FA-A are: (1)new dmos topology: Ultra Low Dropout Voltage: 230mV typ at 1A and 3.3V Output, Output Capacitor NOT Required for Stability; (2)fast transient response; (3)very low noise: 33 VRMS; (4)high accuracy:±2% max; (5)high efficiency:I GND = 1.7mA at I  OUT= 1A, Not Enabled: IGND= 0.5A, 2.5V, 2.7V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 5.0V AND; (6)adjustable output versions; (7)thermal protection.
