SAA7280P

The SAA7280P is a CMOS integrated circuit which operates in conjunction with a DQPSK demodulator and a dual DAC.It may also be interface to other DQPSK.

Features of the SAA7280P are:(1)microcomputer controlled by I2C-bus;(2)on board RAM for de-interleaving and 10 to 14bit word expansion;(3)7 sample interpolator for erroneous samples;(4)3times digital over-sampling filter;(5)I2S sound bus output format;(6)I2C-bus transceiver enabling a master device to read;(7)status information and decoder control available via external pins.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SAA7280P can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:-0.3V to +6.5V;(2)input voltage:-0.3V to VDD+0.5V;(3)output voltage:-0.3V to VDD+0.5V;(4)electrostatic handling:-2000V to +2000V;(5)DC input or output diode current:±20mA;(6)output current:±10mA;(7)ambient operating temperature:0 to 70;(8)storage temperature range:-30 to +125.
