SDA9086-3

The SDA9086-3 is horizontal PLL for picture-in-picture. It generates a system clock signal from the line sync signal SC. It is designed to be used in picture-in-picture systems, however, it can be used as an individual clock generator.

Features of the SDA9086-3 are:(1)used in picture-in-picture systems(PIP);(2)field repetition frequency:50Hz or 100Hz;(3)clock output:13.5MHz or 27MHz;(4)pin compatible to SDA9086-2;(5)trigger circuit at the horizontal input.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SDA9086-3 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:-0.3V to 6V;(2)input voltage:-0.3V to 5V;(3)ambient temperature:0 to 70;(4)storage temperature:-55 to +125;(5)thermal resistance:105K/W;(6)max.power dissipation:0.2W;(7)supply current:20mA to 40mA.
