The SE1117 is a low power positive-voltage regulator designed to meet 1A of output current.It is available in fout fixed voltage,1.8V,2.5V,3.3V and 5.0V.

Features of the SE1117 are:(1)space saving SMD types of SOT-223;(2)output current up to 1A;(3)low dropout voltage;(4)very low quiescent current;(5)internal current and terminal limit;(6)output trimmed to ±2% tolerance;(7)0.04% line regulation,0.1% load regulation.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SE1117 can be summarized as:(1)input voltage:7V;(2)junction:0 to +125;(3)storage temperature:-55 to +150;(4)lead temperature:260(max.).
