The SKN 20 is designed as one kind of fast recovery rectifier diode with some features such as:(1)hermetic metal case with ceramic insulator;(2)small recovered charge;(3)soft recovery;(4)threaded stud M12;(5)SKN:anode to syud,SKR:cathode to stud.Also SKN 20 can be used in all-purpose mean power rectifier diodes;cooling via metal plates or heatsinks;non-controllable and half-comtrollable rectifiers;free-wheeling diodes and recommended snubber network: RC:0.05 uF,200(Pr=1 W),Rp=150 K(Pr=4 W).
