SKN 20/04

The SKN 20/04 is designed as one kind of fast recovery rectifier diode with some features such as:(1)hermetic metal case with ceramic insulator;(2)reverse voltages up to 1600 V;(3)soft recovery;(4)threaded stud ISO M12(also 1/2-20 UNF,3/8-24 UNF and M12x1,5);(5)SKN:anode to syud,SKR:cathode to stud.Also SKN 20/04 can be used in all purpose mean power rectifier diodes;colling via metal plates or heatsinks;non-controllable and half-controllable rectifiers and free-wheeling diodes and recommended snubber network:RC:0.05 uF,200(Pr=1 W),Rp=150 k(Pr=4 W).
