The SKN 26 is designed as one kind of fast recovery rectifier diode with some features such as:(1)hermetic metal case with ceramic insulator;(2)reverse voltages up to 1600 V;(3)threaded stud ISO M6 (SKR 26 also 10-32 UNF);(4)SKN:anode to syud,SKR:cathode to stud.Also SKN 26 can be used in all-purpose mean power rectifier diodes;cooling via metal plates or heatsinks;non-controllable and half-comtrollable rectifiers;free-wheeling diodes and recommended snubber network:RC:0.05 uF,200(Pr=1 W),Rp=150 K(Pr=4 W).
