Tx/Rx FEM with Integrated Coupler

The SKY65330 is a transmit/receive FEM designed for Skyworks Femto Base Station RF Subsystem and intended for quad-band GSM, GPRS, and EDGE femtocell base stations and cellular repeaters. The SKY65330 provides a complete transmit path from transceiver output to antenna. The FEM integrates pHEMT switches, GaAs-based PAs, couplers, and other discrete matching components into a single multi-chip module.

The SKY65330 FEM is intended to be used with the SKY74219-21 transceiver, a highly integrated device that consists of four LNAs, a quadrature demodulator, and baseband filters. Both devices support the GSM850, EGSM900, DCS1800, and PCS1900 frequency bands.
