AutoSmart? Power Amplifier Module for WCDMA / HSDPA

The SKY77178 AutoSmart? PAM is a fully matched SMT device for WCDMA / HSDPA applications. AutoSmart? PA technology internally adjusts RF transistor bias level throughout the dynamic operating range, minimizing battery current and ensuring performance that meets WCDMA system requirements. This small, efficient module SKY77178 fully covers the 18501910 MHz bandwidth and meets stringent 3GPP linearity requirements up to and exceeding 28 dBm output power. The single GaAs MMIC contains all active circuitry, on-board bias, and input and interstage matching circuits. Output match to a 50-ohm load of SKY77178 is realized off-chip within the module package to optimize efficiency and power performance. See Product Summary for more details.
