SM89T16R1

The SM89T16R1 is a high speed single-chip 8-bits microcontroller manufactured in an advanced CMOS process with on chip flash memory.It contains a 64kb on chip program flash,a volative 1280*8bits data RMS, four 8-bits I/O ports,one 4-bits I/O port,two 16-bits timer/event counters.

Features of the SM89T16R1 are:(1)working voltage:3.3V to 5.0V;(2)64k *8 on chip flash memory can be programmed at VPP=12V;(3)two standard 16-bits timers/counters;(4)an additional 16-bits timer/counter coupled to a capture and compare register;(5)four channels 6bits analog to digital converter;(6)two full-duplex enhance UART;(7)RTC function.
