The SP45ML is designed as one kind of silicon photodiode device that can be used in (1)optical detectors; (2)infrared sensors; (3)smoke detectors applications. And the features of this device are:(1)relatively low-cost against metal can package; (2)wide angular response; (3)High-output power. This device is mounted in a TO- 5 type header with clear epoxy encapsulation, so it provides wide angular response and high-output power.
