STV2247H

The STV2247H is designed as fully bus-controlled IC for TV that include PIF, SIF, luma, chroma and deflection processing functions. Used with a vertical frame booster, it allows multistandard (BGDKIMNLL, PAL/SECAM/NTSC) sets to be designed with very few external components and no manual adjustments.

STV2247H has many features. (1)I2C bus control. (2)PIF circuit with PLL demodulation (positive and negative video). (3)SIF circuit with QSS structure, FM demodulation and AM demodulation for france. (4)Intercarrier capability. (5)Built-in sound bandpass. (6)Sound subcarrier output for stereo chassis (FM, NICAM). (7)Audio FM wide mode. (8)Audio switch and volume control (mono chassis). (9)AVL (automatic volume levelling). (10)Integrated chroma filters and luma delay line. (11)Integrated chroma delay line. (12)Video switch (3 CVBS in, 2 CVBS out). (13)SVHS switch (Y combined with CVBS3 input). (14)OSD RGB inputs. And so on.

Some absolute maximum ratings of STV2247H  have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its 8V supply voltage would be 10V. (2)Its 5V supply voltage would be 7V. (3)Its capacitor 100pF discharged via 1.5kohms serial resistance human body model would be +/-2kV. (4)Its operating temperature range would be from 0°C to 70°C. (5)Its storage temperature range would be from -55°C to 150°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics of STV2247H  are concluded as follow. (1)Its IF circuit supply voltage would be min 4.75V and typ 5V and max 5.25V. (2)Its bus and digital supply voltage would be min 4.75V and typ 5V and max 5.25V. (3)Its chroma, scanning supply voltage would be min 7.6V and typ 8V and max 8.4V.
