The Si9183DB is designed as one kind of high-performance, size saving 150-mA CMOS LDO regulator that is available in both standard and lead (Pb)-free packages. This device provides LINE/LOAD transient response and ripple rejection superior to that of Bipolar or BiCMOS LDO regulators, and also is designed to maintain regulation while delivering 300-mA peak current.
