TC9293AF

The TC9293AF is a kind of 2'nd order - modulation system 1 bit DA converter incorporating a built-in 8-times over sampling digital filter and analog filter developed for digital audio equipment. Because the IC is small package(SSOP24 (1.00 mm, 0.65 mm)) and the analog filter has been incorporated, it is able to output a direct analog waveform and construct small digital filter-the analog output unit at a low price.

There are some features as follows: (1)built-in 8-times over sampling digital filter; (2)low voltage operation (2.7 to 5.5 V); (3)built-in digital de-emphasis filter; (4)over sampling ratio (OSR) is 192 fs; (5)sampling frequency (fs): 32 kHz, 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz; (6)support double speed function; (7)in serial mode, output amplitude can be set in 128 steps of resolution using microcontroller command; (8)in parallel mode, soft mute can be set for the output signal in 64 steps in 20 ms; (9)built-in 3'rd order analog filter.
