TLE4215 General Description
The TLE4215 is a kind of intelligent double high-side switch 2 x 0.5 A.
Features of the TLE4215 are:(1)double high-side switch, 2 x 0.5 A; (2)power limitation; (3)over temperature shutdown; (4)status monitoring; (5)shorted-load protection; (6)integrated clamp diodes; (7)temperature range is -40 to 125.
The absolute maximum ratings of the TLE4215 can be summarized as:(1): supply voltage(pin 10, 15)(Vs) is 60 V max; (2): input voltage(pin 1,2,7)(Vin) is -32 V min and 42 V max; (3): output voltage(pin 3)(Vo) is -0.3 V min and 42 V max; (4): ground current(pin4-6,11-13)(IGND) is -1.4 V min and 0.05 A max; (5): output current(pin 3) is 10 mA max.
