UT61256LS-15

The UT61256LS-15 belons to the UT61256 series. It is a kind of 32K*8 bit high speed CMOS SRAM. It is designed for high-speed applications. Besides,its all inputs and outputs are fully TTL compatible. It is available in 28-pin 300 mil SOJ package.
