SKY77149 System Smart? PAM, a fully matched module for CDMA / PCS applications, meets stringent spectral linearity requirements of CDMA PCS and maintains high PAE for power output up to 28 dBm. A single GaAs MMIC contains all on-board bias circuitry and input and interstage matching circuits. Output match, realized off-chip within the module package, optimizes efficiency and power performance.
