The SKY774134 FEM meets the stringent spectral requirements of WCDMA standards up to 243.8 dBm output power. RF front-end Integration greatly simplifies handset radio design; all critical matching between the interstage filter, PA, power detection, and duplexer is optimized within a single 5 x 8 x 1.5 mm package. Optimizing the InGaP HBT PA MMIC efficiency and reducing the RF loss between integrated components SKY77413 achieves low current (450 mA) at maximum output power (24.899 dBm), which significantly improves talk time.
