TPD2002F

The TPD2002F is a kind of intelligent power device for a 2-channel squib driver for use with SRS electronic air bags. The device is based on the Bi-CMOS-DMOS process.

There are some features of TPD2002F as follows: (1)four independent inputs to control two high-side and two low-side switches, driving two squibs directly; (2)the following diagnosis functions (analog multiplexer outputs) are built in:; (3)squib short-to-battery diagnosis, squib short-to-ground diagnosis, squib open-circuit diagnosis, safing sensor-on diagnosis, squib short diagnosis, squib drive MOSFET diagnosis; (4)built-in protection for overheating; (5)24-pin SSOP surface mount package; (6)supports embossed taping.
