SM8210S

The SM8210S is a signal processor for paging receivers using the POCSAG (post office code standardization advisory group) coding system and it can receive messages containing tone, numeric and character data, and supports both 512 and 1200 bps data rates. The SM8210S uses an intermittent reception technique that reduces power consumption, extending battery life. The SM821OS operates from a 3 supply and is available in 18-pin SOPs. The POCSAG coding system conforms to CCIR recommendation 584 concerning standard intemational wireless calling codes.
