Hangzhou Silan Microelectronics Co., Ltd was founded in Sep,1997, which is located in Hangzhou National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone.It is a high and new tech enterprise that is engaging in designing, manufacturing and marketing integrated circuits (ICs) and semiconductor devices.Because of the fast development of Chinese electronics and IT industry, Silan has been successfully developed in the Chinese IC industry, and has been the largest enterprise for technical ability, business scale and profit earning.

Silan focus much attention on three fields.The first is the SOC which is used in consumer digital audio/video application fields, it includes ICs and systems based on CD/DVD servo, a single chip CD player system, MP3/WMA digital audio/video decoder system, and Digital media processor (DMP SOC). Second is the Analogue and digital ICs based on BiCMOS and BCD process, they include high performance power management IC and system, white LED driver IC and power driver IC. The last is the semiconductor discrete devices that are based on Silan-IC’s process R&D and manufacture capabilities, they include Switching Diodes, Zener Diodes, Schottky Barrier Diodes, Power MOS-FET, transient voltage suppression diode (TVS) etc.
