The LED/laser/light source mainly include LED, laser diodes, xenon flash lamps, spot light sources and so on. The cameras/ image measurement include industrial cameras, TDI cameras, high sensitivity models, etc. The products are widely used in life science, medical, optical communications, spectroscopy, multiband plasma-process monitor, FPD measurement and product support, semiconductor failure analysis and product support and so on.
