Its products mainly for use in the medical, flat panel display, automotive, industrial electronics and telecommunications industries in high performance analog and high voltage interface. Now Supertex has been a leader in developing advanced technologies that utilize high-performance Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductors (CMOS) and Double-Diffused MOS (DMOS) processes.
Supertex offers an extensive line of high-performance LED driver products for architectural lighting, display backlighting and general lighting applications. Supertex’s family of high voltage analog switches/multiplexers, pulsers, high-speed MOSFET drivers, and discrete high voltage MOSFETs offer the best price/performance ratio available today. Besides, Supertex’s interface / driver products are designed with our advanced HVCMOS technology to achieve high output voltage of up to 300V.
