Established in 1998,Advanced Power Electronics Corp. (APEC) is headquatered in Hsin-Chu City, Taiwan.APEC has a long development course since the establishment.APEC developed complete 300V-700V MOSFET technology in 1998 and complete 400V-1600V IGBT technology in 1999.APEC was chosen as ASTEC's 700 VMOS strategic supplier and the LV MOS was first delivered to ASUS in 2000.Through years of development,APEC has launched Lseries LV MOS for P4 VRM,SO-8 MOS for VGA, LCD Monitor and N/B,P-channel w/ Schottky for cellular phone chargers,N+P MOS in DIP-8 for LCD monitor and 900V/9A MOS ATX SPS.Not only that,APEC has reached agreement with International Rectifier for IC product transfer and new advanced packaging technology.APEC's annual sales has reached US$ 102.9M,ranked #15 WW as Power MOS company in 2006.Furthermore,APEC delivered first 300V MOS to Samsung SDI for PDP application successfully in 2007.

APEC is the first company successfully integrating 6 inch DMOS and IGBT process in Taiwan.The company provides total solutions for new power requirements in MOSFETs, IGBTs, and Power ICs.The Power ICs include linear regulators,switching controllers,Reset ICs,hall sensors and LED drivers.The products are designed for use in the computing, consumer electronics, display, communications and industrial segments.All of APEC's lead(Pb)-free products are compliant with RoHS thresholds for lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs).Besides,APEC certifies that its lead(Pb)-free products meet level 3 requirements as defined in IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020C.APEC has obtained the ISO9001 Certification and Tin Whisker Certification.
